Actually, this ruling favors the MERS database which abrogates over 200 years of recordation law. Finding a "good" judge may be a plus for certain cases but it overrides the basis of our legal system, much like rulings coming out of the 9th circuit. This PA Easter egg just set precedent to undermine county recorders which is what the banks must do to hide their crimes.

The banks bag of tricks is unrelenting. The general public doesn't understand their tactics and the bank staffers don't either. I'm glad you fought. Sure you're aware, but check both county recorder and MERS db to see status of your loan. Also, make sure your title insurance is properly cited. Not trying to preach, just have seen so much corruption. The banks will tell you the sky is purple and get pissed if you don't believe them.

Ghosts of corruption past, Linda Greene was fun, wasn't it? Geez o Pete. The move that frosted my chaps was Buffett buying Coldwell Banker to clean the dirty laundry. Meanwhile, life goes on and we drown in a sea of dirty tricks. Is morality dead? I wonder.
