Well, most of these aren't mine, except for the last two, which I checked. But one thing I noticed recently is that the same stories often show up in notables because different media outlets pick them up. So when you search the link in QResear.ch, you get "no results." I always search but often see stories that show up as new that I'm pretty sure I've seen before.

Another scenario is when the bread is fast and there is just not a lot of time to check every post in QResear.ch. Mostly applies to dayshift.
