I never take "predictions" as a hard and fast schedule – only an approximation. In the past OIG reports have typically been later than predicted. Not getting all worried if Huber and team go a while (week or two) past predictions of release. Remember, these predictions are based on leaks and guesses – and the people really in the know don't leak or they don't stay at DOJ.

Something other than [RR]'s last day may happen today, but usually the big stuff is not dropped on a Friday afternoon unless it is bad news for your own side.
Friday News dump is a tradition to spill bad news – as it sits with little reaction on Saturday, gets a bit of lip service on Sunday morning news shows, then is treated as old news (no longer relevant) on Monday. We want our big news drops of bad news drops on the opposition to occur early in the week for maximum impact.
