I can't find any evidence he's a clown, but I've only been looking for a little bit.
The law suit is crisp and clear. He was obviously breaking fundraising rules. It CANNOT be an accident because he had nearly $3,000,000 in campaign funds from all over the US including ActBlue. Plenty of money to hire even a hack lawyer to advise what's legal and what's not.
TL;DR Conor Lamb is just another Dem who will vote 100% along party lines, as his funding behavior betrays.
