You're wrong. First, not all music is about distortion. Most guitar songs depend on clarity, crispness, and a quality sound. Distortion is not a quality sound; it's a driving sound and there is nothing wrong with that. But, on to barre chords. If you're trying to tell me that fretting a power chord is as hard as a fretting a Csharp diminished 7th, you're wrong. Perhaps you're stuck in a rut in your guitar playing or perhaps you don't play guitar at all. I don't care. This is turning into a slide and I'm done with it now. Enjoy your music and take care.
