Boatfag requests an assist. CAP PATTON's owner/operator is an outfit out of Hamburg, Germany called Reederei Claus-Peter Offen (GmbH & Co.) KG. What I'm trying to find out is if this company is on the "pre-cleared" list whereas her cargo is not inspected when offloading at Long Beach. I'm at a loss as where to look for that status as so far I find passenger only but I recall some cargo carriers are pre-cleared as well. While digging, did find this from 2015: Fast-track US immigration clearance for Dubai private jet passengers

Passengers flying with DC Aviation Al Futtaim can get US entry cleared in Dubai before departing

Appreciate the assist anon. Honestly I'm not as concerned with the Evergreen Lines ships (do like some of the names) and many COSCO and OOCL ships track just fine. CAP PATTON and for some reason tanker INGRID (flag=Belgium) just do not sit right with me.

Ports of Call mostly. CAP PATTON's last trip into Long Beach included stops in Nicaragua (they have not forgotten Iran-Contra) and Guatemala (migrant caravaners from there, why walk/bus when take a boat ride?) and at present CAP PATTON is due into Corinto, Nicaragua at 0600 Local (they are Zulu -6) she left Larazos Cardenas (last port) at 0132 local. She operates in the dark, at smaller ports

Baker, not pre-cleared passenger lists that is the issue, it's finding pre-cleared cargo lists is where boatfag is digging. A container, standard size is 7'7" X 20', can have anything in it, people, weapons, explosives. Honest, anything, looking to see if the cargo gets inspected or not from a ship owned by a German company
