The Notable "TM" must have been for Keks. I doubt that you could trademark Climate Change. Al Gore all ready did it, if possible! King of the fraudsters on the whole what started out as "global warming," and when the statistics didn't confirm, or there were severe winters in a row in Europe and other places not that many years back.
So like PT Barnum never giving a sucker an even break, Gore and company just changed the name to climate change. Those idiots will take a ten year drought, which is nothing in the Earth's history, and use it as evidence of warming. Gore's own mentor Dr. Roger Revell, said later, that perhaps he was too hasty in declaring that global warming was a concern.. Gore heard about that and totally disrespects this man saying, "don't listen to him, he's just getting senile." Just shows what a Juda, prick he is. Of course, I'm sure it was nothing personal, since Gore hit the jackpot with his fear porn fantasy movies.
