Anon, you're correct that's not how things are SUPPOSED to be done in Colorado. However, Denver has become a "sanctuary city," and the "refugee resettlement program" under BO brought in many criminals who are being utterly coddled by the local cabal affiliates. Free housing, free food debit cards, Costco memberships, passports, drivers' licenses and so much more. It's part of the cabal's war against Americans, and it's all happening in Denver & surrounding suburbs.
