The unsealed indictment today regarding the rapper and the Malaysian financier making illegal donations to Obama campaign through British Virgin islands bank accounts in Singapore(qdrop). That indictment also lists "Roger Ng" as Low 's banker. Roger Ng is the man recently extradited to the U.S. Over the 1mdb scandal.
