Regarding Isaac Kappy’s periscope last night, see link Bombards body language analysis on him, she says “yeah he’s attention seeking but he’s telling the truth about Hollywood, and she likes him.”

And two days ago I got a thought that he was telling the truth about HW, and hes been hammered and slammed for what he did, with all these false stories about him.

I wasn’t a big fan, but I didn’t think he was lying and I haven’t thought about him for 6 or more months. I Thought his tactics were unwise and too public.. but he said something in this periscope “junior is going to change the world, he’s in tune with the light”. Maybe DJT jr? He said letter jr meant JFK Jr. But I don’t think that’s it since he’s dead. I do think it’s DJT jr.

It was killing me to listen to his Weird confession, but he did say he had reoccurring “planted thoughts”, maybe true, maybe not.

But I have no idea why I had that thought two days ago, other than the fact he did expose pedophillia in HW.

WTF I had complete 8 captchas to post a single post just now. Seriously this shit is slowing down the board and preventing anons from posting info. I’ve had to abandon 5 posts in the last week because it was over and over and over again, even though I was putting the right letters in each time

I’ve been reading the CIA docs released and on page 00285 there’s this mention of corporations/contractors working with the Government and CIA, and the contractors having “Q Clearances”

2 July 1971

“DD/S __ attended a meeting at the White House yesterday of the interagency group which is reviewing classification and classification policy. The President….said he wants:….(6) the revocation of all clearances and return of all classified material held at Harvard, Brookings, Rand and Cal Tech, as well as the withdrawal of

Q clearances held by the Regents if the University of California.

…and the Executive Director notes the DOD has asked us to provide information on all contracts with Rand, as well as all security clearances held by Rand personnel for our purposes…. Acting Director asked we assemble data pertaining to the President’s remarks but we will take no action until the President’s guidance has been confirmed and the DD/S has provided a memorandum on it.”

8 July 1971

Page 00286

“…DOD security team is going to Santa Monica to repossess classifies materials held at Rand…we have seven contracts with Rand; only one is classified…

Houston commented that according to DOD General Counsel Buzhart, DID technically is under instructions to lift the security clearances Of Rand contractors but has taken no action.

“….DDCI reported John Ehrlichman had telephoned to advise us that the White House is appointing former CIA employee Howard Hunt as a security consultant. Later in the meeting the Director asked all Executive Committee members to review their lists of consultants to determine whether each us really needed.”

My comments: First of all President Nixon specifically mentions Q Clearances.

And this discussion sounds like to me, President Nixon gave an order to remove all security clearances from outside contractors, organizations due to release of the Pentagon Papers, and the DOD Director didn’t implement it, even though it was memorialized. They second guessed the order and didn’t implement the full scope of the order, which if they had there wouldn’t be this sprawling behemoth of contractors having security clearances today. Another thing, our confidential national information is spread far and wide with 100s of organizations, universities, even companies such as Fusion GPS, Perkins Choie (both CIA orgs).

I think some digging is in order to identify everyone, company etc that are outside contractors with universities, corporations etc. to our government today. Rand plays a huge roll in this.

The Rand Corporation: The Think Tank That Controls America BY THE MAG

JUNE 30, 2009

If you think the Internet came out of Silicon Valley, that NASA planned the first satellite to orbit Earth, or that IBM created the modern computer—think again. Each one of these breakthroughs was conceived at RAND, a shadowy think tank in Santa Monica, California

The Intimidation Factor

Rand rose out of the ashes of World War II. After witnessing the success of the Manhattan Project—the $2 billion initiative that created the first atomic bomb—a five-star Air Force general named Henry "Hap" Arnold (pictured) concluded that America needed a team of great minds to keep the country's technology ahead of the rest of the world. In 1946, he gathered together a small group of scientists and $10 million in funding and started RAND (which stands for Research and Development). He even convinced a family friend, aircraft magnate Donald Douglas, to house the project at his factory in Santa Monica.

After a few short months, RAND got the attention of academics, politicians, and military strategists alike by issuing a prophetic study called "Preliminary Design of an Experimental World-Circling Spaceship." At the time, rocket science was still in its infancy, so RAND's call for an orbiting space station was revolutionary. Not only did the think tank specify the kind of fuel the spaceship would need and how quickly it could be built, but it also outlined how the station could predict the weather, transform long-distance communication, and, most importantly, intimidate our rivals abroad. If America could put a satellite into space, what else was she capable of

quote from Rand article, so why was Obama keen on learning about PTSD?

Today, the RAND Terrorism Chronology Database, which has catalogued all acts of terrorism from 1968 to the present, has become an invaluable tool for the military and the government. It makes sense that in these times, our new president will pay attention to the think tank, too. Barack Obama has taken a keen interest in its study on post-traumatic stress disorder in soldiers returning from Iraq. In other words, RAND already has his ear.

Who’s Who of Rand Corporation

John Nash "“ RAND was the motherland of game theory during the 1950s and 1960s, and among its most prominent players was John Nash—the soulful subject of the book and movie A Beautiful Mind. Nash came up with what is now called the Nash equilibrium, which is used to determine the stability of competition.

Thomas Schelling "“Schelling was an economist who came to RAND shortly after Nash's frenzied departure. His game theory concocted a worldview of aggression and counter-aggression that was heavily influential during the Vietnam War.

Kenneth Arrow "“ One of the most influential RAND employees, Arrow posited that greed is good, and that what he termed "consumer sovereignty" should rule society. Some critics have blamed Arrow's Theorem for providing the theoretical foundation for the free market frenzy of the past 30 years, including the current housing market meltdown.

Albert Wohlstetter "“ The most prominent member of RAND's so-called Nuclear Boys Club. A brilliant theoretical mathematician and an unparalleled nuclear strategist, he worked at RAND on and off from 1951 to his death 46 years later. He originated the Second Strike nuclear doctrine (make sure you have enough backup nukes to wipe out any attackers) and the Fail Safe principle (drop the big one on your target only after confirmation in flight from headquarters).

Daniel Ellsberg "“ An endlessly loquacious mathematical genius, strategic thinker, and unlikely peacenik. Disgusted with official lies about America's involvement in Southeast Asia, he leaked the Pentagon Papers, which set in motion the end of the Vietnam War.
