Works well in win or linux and android. Has easy on/off VPN if you're in a situation where a full machine VPN isn't being used for some reason. Reasonable ad blocking built in and DDG as a built in search engine choice.
Last I tried, however, you can't post through Opera VPN because their IP range has been blocked. It's good, say, if you're streaming a game, have the machine VPN off and just want to lurk.
I moved over to Opera from Firefox and am pretty satisfied.
