Do the mods have access to something akin to a server side filter?

Where I’m going with this is something that auto filters the spammers posts on the server side. By targeting something unique to them. Such as specific phrases or files that only they use (since spammers use copy pasta). We all know which posts are the spammers.

Lack technical knowledge, just tossing out ideas to help protect our breads from spammer shills (since they IP hop).
