Morality is wired into the brain. Whether it's fully manifested is another issue. No moral wiring means you're a psychopath.
The other side of that is people can't get together and organize as a group. A number of sites I've frequented have numerous ways to discourage people knowing each other. People have been trained to stare at their cell phones.
It's also potentially a Catch-22, no one to talk to around you, or possible psychos on the net.
