Humans grown as crop, i.e. genetically modified to enhance certain traits like show dogs. Hence why we haven't been wiped out; no reason to ruin the harvest. Breed the best to enhance esoteric traits (like esp, telepathy, no remorse etc.) and abduct the genetics to form breakaway civ underground & in space and other planets.
Elephant in the room: RH- blood is a marker for ayylmao genetic modification. Bartley mentions RH- = Reptilian genetics (but not all Reptilians are bad, it's what you choose individually; good or bad). Though a side affect of RH- could be lack of empathy. Spiers says that RH- people are easier to mind control; which would explain why a lot of the elite bloodlines are RH- & (the big reveal) White skinned and Blue eyed.
What they did was Implement electro-magnetic 'Dome Firmament' via AI that captures souls when they die, memory wipe them, then trick (via fear of God etc.) to reincarnate on prison planet.

I don't see how this war can be won without some kind of disclosure from the government. We've got the population fighting about so many topics based on only open source info (we can never be sure what is 100% fact), which HAS caused a massive divide (e.g. left vs right, socialism vs nationalism), when surface dwellers haven't even had a chance since the beginning (both sides controlled through history).
