It's the LA Coliseum
It's literally a symbol for the Greek style civilization of God's & Kings & "Senators" and the plebs. It's an arena to keep the masses sated and quiet.

We know WWI was started, right after the tax burden in America was shifted from Tariffs to The Income Tax. The "Cabal" made billions off of WWI (and WWII and Korea and Vietnam and Iraq….)
The LA Memorial Coliseum is at the middle of this, somehow.
