i dont know how adequetly they were covered but when i moved there in 2012 it was still fresh on peoples minds. having been through Katrina when I say fresh I mean 3-5 years

it was dug on extensively and I know that the arches, when they were built how and why are all there. the only part specific to St Louis i helped with was identifying the eclipse path over it.
