I assume we're looking at the kid in the middle. Had I seen this image prior to visiting my Dr's office yesterday, maybe I could provide a more affirmative response. Anyway, ..there was a little girl that looked just like her in the waiting room accompanied by a woman who appeared to be her grandmother. The kid was hugely animated, about 33" tall, not shy and did not appear to be mistreated in any way. Her fine blonde hair was in pig tails. She called the older woman, (age around 65) "Mom." After 15 minutes of casual interactions the nurse called a name {I wasn't paying attention to,} and when she saw just the three of us waiting she said, "___, come with grandma." This occurred sometime around 11:00-12:00 am at Baptist Family Clinic on Hinson Rd., in west Little Rock.
She had an iPad and was playing a game based on numerous cats. She had a small gray stuffed cat wrapped in a tiny blanket. I said what a cute baby gray cat. She said it's a 'cabbie-cat.' I asked is it a boy or a girl?, Do you mean a 'tabby-cat'? No, it's a cabbie-cat she repeated.
The woman acted the role of guardian and could have been a handler, could have been of an east coast or northern metro-region background and did not bear any physical similarities to the girl in my eye. She was perhaps too quiet and reserved to meet my smell test in the actual situation. The kid was really sweet, truly adorable and naturally I didn't want to come off as a perv. I asked if they were going to be having a big Mother's Day, and the woman said yes, noting more. The girl didn't seem to know what the occasion meant. There was no special closeness, or the usual sense of engagement when family are reunited, as if maybe the kid had come from out of state for the weekend. Odd, I thought, confident the hour+ wait was wort it as I would get to see Dr Cranford without an appointment.
