2-reg plane 2-RORO has crashed on the A40 in the UK.

2-RORO is owned by Transport Safety Resolutions Limited (sic) and flew from Gerrards Cross to Cardiff where it crashed near Abergavenny. It was reported to have hit power cables.
2 children (a boy and a girl) reported in the plane, making three occupants including the pilot. Not finding any names at the moment.
