I thought that at first, too; however, the big, BIGGER, BIGGEST comment was in the context of the quotes from War Games, so I assume Q is talking about who gave up the intel on the thwarted launch. I think biggest could be Hussein.

Yesterday I posited that Q gave us some great food for thought with BDT and "no vehicle for re-entry. My take:
Cabal sub plans nuke launch for purposes of shutting the mouths of their mid-level actors on the island(HRC, WJC, and Huma) along with false flagging us into WW3.
While I agree with others that BDT has to do with Bulk Data Transfer from No such Agency to CONUS mainframes, I also think of double meaning with "think BDT" having to do with the NYC bomber.
The good guys knew he was going to set off the bomb, but they let him because they had reduced his bomb to a firecracker. I think "no vehicle for re-entry" may habe to do with a sabotaged nuke that POTUS and Q knew would never detonate/gain re-entry, so they allowed for a launch that they knew would fail.

I also think the BIGGEST talker is Hussein. Think maybe he gave up the cabal plan to silence the Clintons and Huma with a false flag? They kill four birds with one stone and get our attention diverted away from them.
