A stern rebuke. I have tended to think the Holy Spirit is the 3rd person of the Trinity, and Jesus as the Son and separate. Perhaps this is reference to the 'Comforter' sent in His name.

It's not possible to rebuild our Military within two years, come on POTUS! Throwing money at it gives the illusion of strength where the seeds of corruption have taken root at the most basic level that being the troops themselves demoralized by endless tours in costly wars serving the globalist agenda. The best generals were all fired by Hussein, and the units are all infested with homosexuals, bisexuals, and transgenders looking for new body parts. Why not shut down a few overseas bases in Europe and get to hell out of there and put troops on the southern border? As far as NATO goes, to hell with that; have treaties with those countries aligned with US and ditch the French and Germany and support Poland and Hungary.
