Now that we are gearing up for another major election, we might want to remember a bit of the past.
In 2017 Bernie Sanders' supporters sued the DNC for fraud. During the trial the lawyer for the DNC claimed that they were merely a corporation and could do as they wished with their Party. If they preferred a particular candidate, they could simply appoint that person.
The lawsuit was dismissed under weak argument by the judge. Trial took place in Florida.

in video description:
Judge Zloch dismissed the #DNCFraudLawsuit, ultimately holding that the plaintiffs lacked standing irrespective of the "palpable bias" exhibited by Debbie Wassermann Schultz in favor of Hillary Clinton during the 2016 primaries. The judge explained that the DNC charter is not legally binding—and that it's merely tantamount to political rhetoric—and argued that, since Bernie Sanders' supporters didn't base their decision to donate to him on the promise of neutrality, they were not defrauded (in the legal sense). Additionally, the judge states that the plaintiffs' lawsuit doesn't pass the "Lujan test," meaning Bernie supporters did not suffer a "concrete injury" due to the rigging of the primaries. In this segment, Mike breaks down his interpretation of the ruling and reflects on Judge Zloch's decision.
