It won't be dangerous to have it if it's just for power and water, and not for transportation.
Plus, you can't do conversions of the Hydrogen to water for ballast with the Helium, like you can with the hydrogen.
One is useful for life, the other is an inert and scarce gas controlled by the cabal.
one is ubiquitous and easy to produce, the other is precious and scarce.
the arguments against using hydrogen seem to be cabal talking points to suppress tech that they probably already have in their possession.

now that was a shock to me, because I would score very low on that. I actively prevent myself from being hypnotized.
and it dawned on me then, and this had to be over 5 years ago, that these 'leaders and coroporate heads' we not looking for intellegent people, but people who were easy to hypnotize.
