The Sherman Antitrust Act of 1880 and the Clayton act of 1914 were supposed to prevent monopolistic abuses and give the government power to break up overbearing and unfair monopolies. Regan even broke up AT&T Ma Bell. Media companies, movie companies, Internet giants that were aided by darpa or other government spy agencies had unfair advantage and have immense power and level wide sweeping abuses. So yeah they need to be broken up.
