I feel like there's a lot of Maritime Law-speak going on here. Was JFK Jr merely considered lost at sea? Was already in trust via berth cert? Or someone of his pedigree avoids that "person in trust" stuff? I dunno. "Appearance" vs. "in the flesh" etc. "Dead in the water"…I've been on a bit of an Admiralty Law kick…enlightening and angering.

I've thought this post prob applied to Jr from the time I saw it. I was thinking it meant back in January near/on popcorn day, but then I revised it to a May thing…leaving room for it to be later yet, as lots of dates in June, July, oct, Nov, 2020, etc.
