one would not say "assuming responsibilities" until handoff is confirmed by the outgoing baker. looks kinda pushy otherwise.

more feedback: rather than trying to illustrate spacing/formatting for Q drops, suggest instruction to copy a current Q drop and replace the text.
wrt "anything missed?" bakers never miss, why invite shillery? baker you missed my self-nominated copy-pasta boo hoo! why open yourself up to that?
much of baking is like stealth bomber design, not giving any reflective surface or anything to grab onto.
