Just skimmed through that Clinton livestream. I only saw her cough once. That must have taken some resources to pull off. Did you catch that at the very end, she tries to scare listeners into thinking President Trump would implement the Chinese social credit system here? Pure projection.

The "simple" automatic transmission we all take for granted. The simplest explanation I can make up is it's a series of stacked discs that press on the gears of an astronomy simulator, controlled by a flooded labyrinth fed by a fluid coupling and a centrifuge. Magic.

They're also nightmarishly complex and burn out usually in under 100k. I'm willing to take a serious speed penalty to still have instant engagement at 300k.

Yeah, I WISH I had options like that. All I can do is replace the rubber checkballs with plastic and install a cooler, and see if running it without gaskets improves the shifts. Some people use metal dowels to paralyze the accumulators for a better shift, but I also see people who did that mod complaining that they burned out the 2-3 shift.

Yeah. It's slow as fuck, and turbo barely helps the engine along. Super tough though, barely any wear on the most critical parts after almost 3 decades.
