Regarding marijuana being seized exiting California: There is a Netflix documentary called Murder Mountain that partly addresses this…it's a pretty good documentary overall.

Anyways, the marijuana farmers who are currently illegal and wanting to go legit make a compelling case that legalization by California was just a move to enrich big pharma and the state govt. Between confiscatory taxes and heavy-handed govt regulations, the average joe farmer literally can't afford to go legit.

Combine the above with pot prices falling, the obvious solution is to grow in-state and export. It's a freaking plant and there is a serious need for a common sense injection into the subject. IMO, it all needs to go back to the original reasons for outlawing weed were wholly based on lies and propaganda…that right there should be enough to legalize in full. The whole sham is ridiculous…and I don't even smoke weed. But I am curious…especially about the potential medicinal benefits.

You know anon…I was kind of skeptical about all of the medicinal claims, but I have a white rescue dog that has allergies and I did not want to put him on corticosteroids because they are so bad for the kidneys.

A friend suggested hemp oil, so I thought why not? Immediately he quit licking his feet and scratching all of the time. Over the course of about 6 weeks, his skin isn't pink and inflamed anymore and the spot he chewed on his tail is growing hair back.

Point being, considering he is a dog, there is no placebo effect…there is something to it, of that I am now convinced.

I use the oil…just put the drops over his dry dog food and he doesn't turn his nose up. Makes him sleepy too. He also had a mild front leg limp that I also haven't seen since he started taking it. I am not a hemp oil expert, but I am guessing it has a fairly potent anti-inflammatory effect.
