I can't excuse bad cops or anything (no Judge Dredds), but too man young black adults and teens feel that obeying a police officer makes you a punk.
Cops have this thing called Disorderly Conduct which trumps everything people think they know about the law, and that's what's getting folks killed out there, mostly.
NONE of us want civil war. But what I DO want is for people to respect others and authority. Broken families and bad ethics are the problem, imo, but people can learn.
