The meth used to be controlled by biker gangs and it was regional. They had biker chemists that would make the best. They only sold to specific groups of people. Fedcoats ran ops and arrested all of them and put them away a long time. Then pow "the nazi method" of cooking crank ended up on the interwebs … the rest is history.
