I know for a fact that someone really high up, accessed my court/criminal records in AZ and manipulated proof of completion of a DUI from 2007.

I know this is fact due to two reasons:

1) The AZ DMV cleared my license, which they cannot do without the request from the courts.

2) When I got hired at Chase Bank in 2010, they required that I submit official documentation from the state of Arizona/City of Avondale proving that my DUI case had been satisfied and closed. Had I not provided proof, they would have never hired me.

I know everyone's busy gracefully saving the world, but I don't know what else to do. Should I look for a lawyer that would be willing to take this case on?

I truly believe that THEY did this because of my work on exposing the truth on YouTube and social media.

Why else would I be fucked with like this?

If someone did in fact tamper with my court records, wouldn't that be a treasonous act?

I'm not mad, just feel severely wronged. I did the crime, but I paid the price for it. This is ridiculous bullshit.

That's the thing… I am cleared bythe DMV.

I actually went to the DMV here and they said that wouldn't release my restriction unless I proved to the courts that I satisfied my requirements. The DMV has me cleared, the courts had me cleared in 2009, and then this popped back up as unsatisfied nearly 10 years later.

That's what I'm planning on doing, but the lady that I did my 36 hours of classes with no longer carries my records. She only keeps the last 10 years of records. And I didn't save my proof, because this was already cleared previously. I completed everything and was cleared in 2008.

But I guess I'll just speak to a public defender and prepare to provide everything else.
