Ah, no, wasn't me. But whenever these mother fuckers post shit on social media, my first instinct is to check for hidden messages, since we control the NSA and other alphabets, they can't rely on above-the-board comms anymore. They rely on messages hidden in plain sight (think Comey)
If I had to guess, I would say it's him signaling to his allies or assets that their plan is moving into a new, final phase, or that the noose is being tightened on them (i.e. perp walks and prosecution are imminent). He may be warning allies to go to ground and hide.
But keep an eye out for false flags, too.
