World War 3? A Top Iranian Official Taunts Trump: “They Are Not Ready For A War, Specially When Israel Is Within Our Range”

The Iranians are openly threatening to start firing missiles at Israel if Trump decides to attack Iran. And this threat should not be taken lightly, because Iran has a highly sophisticated ballistic missile arsenal, and Hezbollah has approximately 150,000 missiles pointed directly at Israel right now. If the order is given, the Iranians and their proxy Hezbollah could rain an enormous amount of death and destruction down upon Israel, and of course Israel would hit them back even harder. We are talking about a scenario that could potentially trigger World War 3, and the Iranians apparently believe that the possibility of such an outcome will keep Trump from taking military action against them. A senior Iranian official on Sunday dismissed the US military buildup in the region as psychological warfare, saying that the US will not attack for fear of provoking an Iranian assault on Israel.

“The US military forces’ deployment in the Persian Gulf is more of the nature of psychological warfare. They are not ready for a war, specially when Israel is within our range,” Iranian Parliament’s Vice-Speaker Ali Motahhari said on Sunday, according to the FARS news agency.

Still referring to the Bishops, the text recalls what they have done "through their actions, communiques, exhortations and pastoral letters that accompany, encourage and give hope to citizens, the faithful and all men and women of good will, uniting efforts to seek a peaceful solution to existing conflicts". It then highlights: "Venezuela! Live and walk with Jesus Christ, Lord of history!"

More displaced Syrians arrive in Jalighem corridor coming from al-Rukban Camp

Homs, SANA- A new batch of displaced Syrians arrived at Jalighem corridor coming from al-Rukban Camp in Homs eastern countryside after being held there against their will for years by the US occupation forces and their terrorist mercenaries

SANA’s reporter said that on Wednesday afternoon, tens of families arrived with their belongings at the Jalighem corridor by buses coming from al-Rukban Camp as the teams of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent(SARC) provided them with medical and food aid.

The reporter indicated that the bodies concerned have registered the returnees’ personal information as to be transported later to temporary housing centers in Homs city

Eric Schmidt Defends Dragonfly Project — China Presence Helps Country be “More Open”

Schmidt told the BBC, “There are many, many benefits interacting, among other things, with China.”

In a recent BBC interview, Schmidt defended Google’s position in China.

Schmidt was pushed on the issue of the morality of a censored search engine. In a textbook example of Orwellian doublespeak, Schmidt responded by saying that Google’s operations in China help the country to “be more open”.

Schmidt stressed that he was not involved in the Dragonfly project, but refused to say whether Google was wrong for developing the censored search engine.

As The Intercept first revealed in August, Google developed a prototype of the censored search engine that was designed to remove content that China’s ruling Communist Party regime deems sensitive. The search engine would have blacklisted thousands of words and phrases, including terms such as “human rights,” “student protest,” and “Nobel Prize” in Mandarin.

Apple has been hit with an antitrust suit that could be the first domino to fall in the Big Tech scandal. Both IBM and Apple have made major moves to China. Apple has begun storing iCloud data in China, sparking fears that the company is handing over source codes to the Chinese in compliance with recently enacted cyber security laws in the communist country.
