Thanks anon. I’ve never heard of it , but will research. What Joel is advocating is pasture based farming using perennial grasses and mimicking migratory patterns. A lot of such farmable land is not being used, so you can have agreements with land owners to use their land for profit and it builds the soil at the same time. A win win!
