Perhaps the Delta in between POTUS tweets, like the way it is displayed here, can be seen as Latitude Longitude Coordinates? I shifted the Minutes & Seconds to Degrees & Minutes.
Entering the number as coordinates as listed I found the following satellite imagery.
50.1, 6.21 - A Dairy Farm in Germany
28.27, 21.34 - A large refinery in the middle of the desert in Libya.
28.26, 23.54 - Also Libya, Primary Imagery Obscured, alternate site reveals a raging oil well fire, and a collection of green circles (center pivot?)
28.27, 45.2 - King Kahlid Military City, Saudi Arabia (Al Queda Grocery, wow…this is quite a place.) This makes the Pentagon look like an elementary school.
There's much more to see, not sure if it amounts to anything though.
Mirroring the numbers and going South/West (Using the "-") could be checked more thoroughly. My first three hits were in the middle of the ocean, so it's probably not further coded
