He is the Chief Justice - its his job to appoint the judges on the FISC.
That's not a conspiracy.
How about spying by the FBI on Roberts to use him as leverage for the Obamacare ruling? i'd be more inclined to hear evidence that Brennan/CIA spied on him.

They don't make transcripts of the proceedings
The originating department (FBI/DOJ) has all the materials.
They are not opposed to sharing with Congress from the Exec. branch
