that's the message.
you can hone your skills at being a terrorizing badass to people who deserve it, as you are charged to do as an officer of . . . or a citizen who does
follow the law.
Within is where Issac says he failed.
He'd failed to do the soul growth to be the person
at the front of the outrage.
He had only learned how to meet the external enemy, and not the internal ones that are within a person.
