The state has no right to take any part of any man's body to give to any another for any reason. And he would do so by deception. That one man, who has cared for his organs should be compelled at his death to donate to another who has been less solicitous of his own well-being and now begs someone relieve him of the errors of his ways is totally repugnant. Where did he get the idea that this is any business of the state?
