TRADE WAR IS REAL WAR

Ya we've been at war with China for decades. Except our elected leaders have simply rolled over and sold out America from within.

So Trump is changing the whole ball game. But I don't think for a minute he actually wants a trade deal. Not when we are at war.

This is a war being fought on many levels, with information and money, but no open shots fired (at least none the public really gets to see).

And so why would he want a successful "trade deal" with someone we're at war with. Trump ALWAYS wanted the 25% tariffs. Notice how Trump works his way towards getting what he wants without making himself look like the bad guy? Trump knew China would never play nice, so he just waited until China made a bad move and BAM, there's your tariffs.

Trump wants these tariffs to be long-standing, because he wants manufacturing to RETURN TO AMERICA. That won't happen if he just lets things go back to business as usual.

Just think about this: Trump wants Americans to start up their own companies and make goods right here at home for Americans. Well how is an American entrepreneur supposed to take that risk if those tariffs get taken off at a moment's notice? Entrepreneurs need to know they have a real fighting chance of making their business work in America. And I think that means these tariffs will be in place for a looooong time.

Maybe the tariffs will be reduced some. I bet Trump included some wiggle room so it looks like he's being nice when he drops the tariffs down to 15% or 20%. But whatever figure he ultimately arrives at with China, it's a figure that will allow American manufacturing to survive and thrive right here at home.

Chess anyone?

I do think our thoughts impact the world. I didn't used to. Now I truly regret how I let angry, vindictive thoughts fill my head. Often about total strangers. You know like when you judge somebody for something you shouldn't be judging. Superficial things, speculating on who they are and what they think without even knowing them.

I am sadder to think my thoughts made the world a worse place. I honestly had no idea our thoughts had power. I'm trying to change my thoughts, and realize it's hard. I think a lot of brainwashing has made us all disdainful of our fellow humans. Trying to change that in me and be more loving.
