another anon suggested yesterday or late last night that perhaps the Alabama law is an attempt by conservatives to quickly force the Abortion issue in the Supreme Court.
The issue is that no one wants a miscarriage, which happens early in a pregnancy, to be confused with an abortion, and then people jailed.

Probably most lawyers earned their degree. However we need to maybe review some of the credentials, and make them jump through one more hoop to weed out those who were special special frenz of the big big donors, and failed to learn the trade adequatly.
The Barry Soetoro's of the world should all have their credentials reevaluated. Maybe they learned something, even though they were put forward to the head of the class, and still can be effective in the trade. If so they should be able to continue no matter how they got into the school. But if it can be shown that not only did they get in with special treatment, but also failed to learn anything, and were handed a degree, then they should have their certification removed.
