It may be true in California and parts of Texas - but in the remainder of the US, non-hispanic births still far outnumber hispanic births of any variety - whether born to illegal mothers or not, they are officially counted as hispanic citizens
number of hispanic births in US right now is about 28% - 10% higher than the "official" hispanic population count of 18% which doesn't count most illegals
not saying its not a problem - just that your extrapolations are incorrect
