Hillary is the classic older white hag.

Multiple conditions at play.

Thyroid is toast, so that's levothyroxine but she probably isn't getting a T-panel frequently, chronic respiratory conditions (allergies, asthma) which are making her feel crummy. Regular stream of antihistamines and steroid regimens. She feels like crap on account of the bum thyroid, so she doesn't exercise, so she has cankles and terrible balance from being so sedentary. Add in "brain fog" from the levothyroxine (it's no cure-all) and whatever dietary screwups she has going. Same bum thyroid is making her really irritable, because she feels crappy. That same feeling makes her crave alcohol, because damn ANYTHING is better than thyroid brain. I can almost guarantee she's secretly thinking, I went to an Ivy League school, I'm a lawyer, why can't I focus or remember anything?
