The only way it could have came down like that, that i can think of, is if it was out of fuel. It looks like it came down at or below approach speed.
If he was out of fuel and stalled out directly over the building…maybe. Still doesn't look like your normal off-field crash.
Maybe he was close to flare speed and just pancaked it down. Lots of possibilities….low speed compressor stall causing flame-out is another. That could explain no fire.
Clearly, he did not have much fuel onboard at the time.
