I think it's three are in play now, out in the open, (1-3). There are two waiting in the wings that still haven't yet been revealed (4-5).

I've seen F-16s after being shot down and bellied in. Aircraft was still intact mostly. Pilot probably had engine trouble. Did what he could to get it down gently.

He set the altimeter incorrectly. Started his maneuver at 1500' instead of 2500'. That's a mistake you only get to make once.
