Isaac Kappy had a warning for Anons - Take Care of Yourself

I've been here since Nov'17, I see half-dozen of my memes in the wild, two-dozen good notable-notches in my belt, totally anon as far as I know.

Kappy's last periscope and final letter are relate-able to my own experience. We am swimming in dark waters here, digging into dark rabbit holes, open minded as to what REALLY is going on - and I'm afraid what REALLY is going on is some very EVIL shit. Spiritually evil, entrenched, and powerful on this plane.

Kappy said he spent too much time chasing the darkness, and not enough time developing the light within. I can relate. My depression has been under control for a long time, but it's been creeping back out lately. This "happens", and there are things I can do to help myself, but I've not been doing these things lately, which is part of what makes depression so devious, like a mind virus - it slowly eats at your best intentions.

I need to take a walk in the light more often… like right now. I'm going to finish writing this note, post it, and spend a few hours this morning caring for the light within.

Some of you are so strong you don't feel the cuts from this work. Some of you THINK you are stronger than the damage done. Some of you feel the same way I do, or maybe worse.

ALL of us need to walk in the light, whatever that is for you. We need to recharge batteries, reaffirm faith, rest our spirits, minds and bodies in this war. It IS a war, and it IS a spiritual war, and we all need R&R so we are fresh for the fight and spiritually, physically, and mentally frosty.
