looks normal to me.

In the North East a gorge will turn into this for a time, and be a place of great danger.

later in the seasons hundreds will flock there and swim in the mountain brook.

Rushing rapids is a normal thing.

Niagra Falls looks like that most of the year.

All the moisture comes from an 'atmospheric river' that is probably caused by all the solar flare activity.

water will rush and flow.

That's why we build hydro dams.

the problem is that in California your owners, the . . . . , wanted to own everything. And so they built a very unsafe reservoir system to allow them to control it all and be masters of that place.

The dam was probably not done well, in the first place. It was probably always a boondoggle.

yes, water rushing down a mountain side during the rain is normal. Trying to hold it back with a giant dam and say 'we control it all, we are the kangs' that is the part that is rather twisted and illogical.

Putting in pavement and concrete was something that was designed in to profiteer off of the rate payers.

the spill way should be a natural gorge that is off to the side, and there ought to be more than just one.

The spill way was a way for further profiteering off the rate payers.

paving it over just made it so that if it would ever be used it would become a source of pollution.

one more point: the authority over all of California water should be passed over to the Fed and managed by the Army Corp of Engineers, and that would do away with the subrate fake-engineering of the cabal, which runs the California government.

the reason your dams all suck is because the Army Corp was not involved.

but they look for uncle fed to pay for it all. And they want to own it all too.

the Army Corp dams are much more tasteful.

It's a river delta.

but it 's a desset.

It should have never been subdivided and turned into cities.

they always knew.

they know it now.

you just have to look at a map and see that South LA is built on a flood plane.

they should build houseboats.
