I still do not think Russia had anything to do with it. All the U.S. activity was in Ukraine, who had been invaded (sort of) by Russia. I think it was a ploy to frame Russia for…nothing. The horrible forgery job on the 'dossier' points to Ukraine's usual sub-standard work, too. IMO…
