He's correct, forcing a woman/girl to have a baby conceived through rape/incest only compounds their misery. Personally if I was a girl who was raped by anyone, but especially a family member, and then was forced to keep that baby I'd probably kill myself to avoid more trauma. That will be the real fall out from doing this btw, girls/teens aren't emotionally mature enough to handle such a torturous situation and rather than seeking back alley abortions I fear they will self harm instead. Alabama really stepped in it with this bill it really is offensive.
I wonder if this bill doesn't overreach on purpose tbh.
