DMV isn't teh only place they should check on, they NEED to check out DPSS/Calfresh/Medical/Cash aid, ALL of which give out voter registrations.
Also, Medical officials lie regularly as does GAIN workers in order to get larger budget than they actually need.
The welfare system in CA is rife with interal fraud.
I concur, even the courts & judges are mostly corrupted as are MANY laws, particularly "fix it" ticketing, also seat belt ticket & moving violations prices are astronomical and target the poor unfairly.
I believe there's a constitutional law regarding states that are compromised top down that would allow the feds to take over on behalf of the citizenry and aid them in establishing a clean government, or something to that effect.
