what if it's "watermarked" with the current date & time (even just am or pm, Eastern) as of posting.
that way if someone tries to save and reuse it later, it'd be obvious it’s old

but only within a few hours, otherwise the watermark is too old, would raise suspicion
if a baker save caps of his (you)s of past bakes without watermarks, he can put fresh on anytime he posts for handoff
as long as it's never been posted without a watermark it can't be counterfeited
