I know you have a pastebin, so what I and others used to do is copypasta word for word what we were going post in the handoff post in a paste, then post the paste with the handoff confirmation.
If you're worried about "namefagging" (which it's not), just make some meaningless string of characters and numbers or something as your name.
The point it BO/BV don't want to check bakers to prevent shills baking, so bakers can do this already tested and proven method of checks to ease suspicions.
